Eighteen cases pushed to 2011 by Michigan Supreme Court
The Michigan Supreme Court has pushed back 18 cases back until January when the new justice comes aboard and conservatives are in the majority again.
The cases consist of appeals, personal injury cases and medical malpractice claims. All of these cases were supposed to be heard in December, but they would not be resolved until the current justice leaves office on Jan. 1, so these cases were pushed so that they could be heard under the new judge.
Medical malpractice claims can change a person’s life. If you have been the victim of medical malpractice and are interested in filing a claim, you need experienced representation on your side. Contact the Detroit medical malpractice lawyers of Ravid & Associates, P.A., by calling 866-644-6587.
