HP recalls even more computer batteries
Hewlett Packard has expanded the recall of the notebook computer batteries since the initial recall last year at this time.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said that 40 people were injured due to the notebook batteries since May 2010.
The new recall covers more than 162,000 notebook computers that all use lithium-ion batteries. Consumers are urged to stop using the batteries and to contact HP for more details on replacing the defective batteries.
