OSHA investigates Interstate 29 construction accident that injured one

The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration is currently investigating a construction accident that occurred on Interstate 29 and left one person injured.

The investigation is being done in order to determine if C.A. Hull, a construction company whom employed the injured man, was following all safety procedures that are required for construction sites.

This is the 12th time that this company has been investigated since July 2009 and they have received several “serious” violations. Further information on the injured man has not been released and will not be until the investigation is complete.

Construction accidents can cause serious injury and change the lives of many. Our thoughts are with the friends and family of the victim.
